Such a great experience! Jack absolutely nailed my colour it turned out even better than I hoped and I couldn’t be happier!!. Kym’s facial was amazing too, so relaxing and my skin felt fresh and glowing afterwards. Both of them were lovely,and made me feel really well looked after. Left feeling refreshed and confident and already looking forward to coming back.

Cannot thank the whole team at Katachi Hair and spa enough for the experience we were treated to at the weekend. I had purchased a high tea experience and a kids lux party to be held on the same day as a Christmas gift for my mum, sister, nieces and daughters. We were so well looked after by Kym, Georgia and Bayle. The whole experience was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone leaving us all feeling relaxed and spoiled. I couldn't have asked for anymore, we had a lovely time and will be a lasting memory - thank you Katachi team!
